Cost Reimbursement
The CR program is designed to reimburse VR agencies for money spent assisting Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining gainful employment. Only State VR agencies can participate in the CR program and VR can serve any SSI and SSDI recipient under the CR program regardless of whether the person is Ticket-eligible or not.
