VR and an EN Partnering as a Single EN
Some State VR agencies are partnering with service providers to function as a single EN, with VR serving as the “EN of record.” As the EN of Record, VR is responsible for handling the process for assigning and un-assigning Ticket and submitting for EN payments. The agreements that create such partnerships vary according to the purpose of the partnership, the roles being assumed by each partner to the agreement, and the method established for sharing EN payments.
