The Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation has developed a very comprehensive interagency agreement (MS Word) to use in working with Employment Networks.
In January 2010, the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) sent a letter to all DORS vendors (PDF) encouraging them to become Employment Networks.
The South Dakota Division of Rehabilitation Services partners with ENs under the Ticket program based on a written agreement that establishes the basis for the coordination of services and cost sharing between SDVR and the EN. The agreement provides for a 50/50 split of Ticket payments and ensures that beneficiaries have access to information on the impact of employment on their federal benefits, state benefits, healthcare coverage, and when appropriate, refers consumers to available benefits counseling services.
